So I recently picked up two of the new Tanya Burr lip glosses. I previously owned a lip gloss from her old range in picnic in the park which I posted a review on here. It was one of my favourite lip glosses but I completely ran out of the product, I was really sad especially since she discontinued her old range. So I recently learned she actually did rebring out Picnic in the Park in her new range but I’ve been unable to find it any Superdrug stores. It must be super popular because it’s never in stock when I go into shops. I do adore that colour though so I’m determined to hunt it down at some point (either that or order it online). I also really want to get Afternoon Tea, Daydream Lip and Just Peachy which all look like beautiful colours.
Anyway the two colours I picked up were I found Nemo and Lunch Date. I found Nemo is a sort of dark coral colour and Lunch Date is a sort of taupe pink. Lunch Date has very light colour and sometimes looks clear on the lips. I’ve been wearing Lunch Date a lot more than I Found Nemo because I find I Found Nemo a lot darker and than it looks in the tube and it doesn’t suit my pale skin very well. It’d probably go great with dark skin though.
As for the formula I much prefer it to the old one in that the old one was kind of sticky and clumpy whereas this one is a lot more silky and goes on a lot smoother. The old one also kind of tasted like strawberries and cream whereas this time it tastes like watermelon, I did kind of prefer the old one but this one tastes nice too, so it’s not like I hate that taste I just prefer the old one.
So yeah I adore both these lip glosses and I’m definitely going to pick up some more at some point.
Thanks for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day <3

Before I start this post I have a bit of a confession to make. Before buying this product I had never used any product on my eyebrows. Nope not ever. I’ve been getting them threaded for the last 2 or 3 years but I usually just leave them to grow out and never do I actually put anything on them. I always wanted to but I never really knew how or what kind of product to use.
So I recently picked up this Perfect Brows Palette from Tanya Burr Cosmetics. Like all of Tanya Burr Cosmetic palettes this comes in very pretty purple and silver stripped packaging with hot pink scallop edging. I always find the palette edges to be way to thick, which results in them taking up a lot of unnecessary room in my makeup bag. The product itself comes with a pair of hot pink tweezers, a small angled eyebrow brush and 4 colours. One is a white shimmery highlighter called Fairy Cake, great for lining under the eyebrow. The second is a called Pebble and it’s a sort of Taupe Brown. The third is a warm brown colour called Chestnut and the last is a dark brown colour called Hot Cocoa.
I started off just using Chesnut because I was scared to use Hot Cocoa in case it was too dark on my brows. I found Chestnut to be a lot lighter on the skin and blended perfectly with my eyebrows. I’ve also used Hot Cocoa on my browns and found although it made my eyebrows somewhat darker it wasn’t so dark that it made my eyebrows look fake and drawn on. I tend to switch between Chesnut and Hot Cocoa, depending on how I do the rest of my makeup. I also often put Fairy Cake under my brows as highlighter. It’s a nice shimmery white colour that’s quite light on the skin and lifts the brow without making my brows look too glittery.
I find the staying power of the eyeshadow shades is quite good and lasts all day, however I do find the highlighter doesn’t have that great of a staying power and does need to be topped up throughout the day if you want it to last. The pigmentation of all of the colours is very good however and I do love the packaging and names of the colours.
Thanks for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day <3

So I recently picked up the Tanya Burr Peachy Glow Cheek Palette. I picked it up because I liked the look of the product and the really pretty packaging. The product comes in a small silver and pink striped box with a dark pink scallop pattern around the edge.
The product itself contains a bronzer, blush and highlighter. Each section is imprinted with a pattern and each product has a name. The bronzer has little lines going through it and is named Beach Bronze, the Blush is called Apricot Flush and has little hearts going through it and the highlighter is called Champagne Shimmer and has little snowflakes and starts printed on it. I really do like the highlighter as I think it gives a nice white glow without too much shine. The blush is a nice peachy shade in the palette but is not very pigmented in my opinion, it might just be because I have very pale skin but it just doesn’t work very for me at all. The bronzer is also a very nice light brown colour that is very pigmented. Both the bronzer and highlighter have good staying power but the blush, again isn’t that good.
Overall this is an okay palette. The bronzer and the highlighter are nice but the blush is a little disappointing. I’d probably give it a 6/10.
I recently picked up this Lip Gloss from the Tanya Burr Cosmetics range. This one is in the shade ‘Picnic in the park’ and it’s sort of a dark pink. I find it comes out a lot darker on my lips than it is in the bottle , so I usually take a separate brush (since the applicator it comes with is kind of a weird shape) and brush it across my lips to make it spread out more, and by then it’s not as bright or clumpy and gives a nice light finish. It taste like strawberries and cream and I have to fight not to lick this off my lips because it tastes so good. So really apart from the fact it’s too dark for my skin tone it’s a really nice lip gloss and I definitely want to try some more colours in the range.
